We also offer beef by the share (eighth, quarter, half, or whole), which lets you purchase at a significantly lower price per pound than individual retail cuts. Your beef will be processed at a USDA- or state-inspected facility. If you’re local to eastern Kentucky, we’ll select the most convenient processor for you, making pickup simple and easy.
