At Eby Ridge Cattle Company, you can choose any (or all) of our three distinct beef programs when you buy by the share: 1. Commercial Beef Clean, delicious, hormone- and antibiotic-free beef at an everyday price. Perfect for ground beef lovers, weeknight roasts, and family grilling. 2. American Wagyu Wagyu crosses with intense marbling, buttery flavor, and exceptional tenderness. The ideal “everyday luxury” that outperforms any grocery store steak. 3. Fullblood Japanese Black Wagyu 100% pure Japanese genetics — the world’s most marbled, richest, melt-in-your-mouth beef. Limited availability and always the first to sell out.
You can mix and match within your share (for example: ¼ Commercial + ¼ American Wagyu, or half Commercial + half Fullblood), or take an entire animal from just one program. The more premium genetics you choose, the higher the hanging-weight price, but every pound still costs far less per pound than buying individual retail cuts.
